Seller Standards & Prohibited Products
Accurate listings, safe products and respectful service.
Listing standards
Use accurate descriptions, representative photos, clear prices and option details, realistic stock and processing times, and honest statements about origin, materials and production partners. You must own or have the necessary rights to sell and display every design and image. Stock photos or misleading previews must not conceal what a buyer will receive.
Your shop and designs must comply with the Canada-Based Seller and No-AI Design policies. Maintain proof of design authorship and operating location when reasonably requested. Do not post fake reviews, manipulate favourites, harass customers or evade a sales restriction with another account.
Prohibited listings
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit or infringing goods; recalled or unsafe products; weapons, explosives or dangerous materials; controlled drugs or drug paraphernalia; tobacco or vaping products; alcohol; adult sexual services or explicit sexual material; hateful or discriminatory material; live animals; personal data; financial products; or fraudulent services.
Food, cosmetics, children’s products and other regulated goods may be listed only if lawful, safe and compliant with all required licences, testing, labelling and disclosures. A listing being technically publishable is not regulatory approval. We may restrict additional categories for safety or payment-provider reasons and will disclose those restrictions.
Safety and reporting
Report product-safety concerns, intellectual-property complaints and suspected fraud promptly, preserve relevant records and cooperate with recalls or takedowns. Contact support using the details required before launch. We may remove unsafe listings while investigating.
