VERSION 2026-10-08.1

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Clear delivery promises and fair order resolution.

Before the buyer pays

Disclose shipping charges, processing times, estimated delivery, destination limits, product condition and any customization before purchase. Explain your return, cancellation and refund conditions, including the contact process and who pays return shipping. Keep those terms consistent with the listing and checkout; do not add undisclosed charges afterwards.

Local pickup is not offered in this release. Ship to the confirmed checkout delivery address and do not expose it publicly. Contact the buyer before an address change or substitution; never silently replace an ordered product.

After an order

Keep order status accurate, package goods safely, meet disclosed processing times, and communicate delays promptly. Provide tracking where available and preserve shipment evidence. A paid order still needs to be fulfilled even if publishing or new sales are restricted.

Investigate missing, damaged, defective or incorrectly described items and provide the remedy required by law and the applicable order terms. Process approved refunds through the supported payment workflow; do not ask buyers to pay extra outside the marketplace to obtain a legally required remedy.

Consumer rights come first

Your own no-return or custom-order policy cannot remove non-waivable rights. Cancellation, refund, warranty and delivery obligations differ across provinces and depend on the transaction. These drafts do not establish a universal Canadian return period or replace applicable consumer law.
